The Professional Communication master's program, with a major in Organizational Management and Communication, is designed for anyone seeking to improve their leadership and management skills in a workplace, organization, or group setting. By the conclusion of the program, you will be competent in essential leadership and management skills from the fields of professional communication and behavior analysis/organizational behavior management. The behavior analysis/organizational behavior management field applies the science of behavior to leading groups of people and solving organizational systems-based and employee performance-based problems.
