The Leadership in Executive and Administrative Development (LEAD) certificate program offers students an education in leadership theories and practices while providing leadership experience. In the program, you'll develop the skills you need for middle- and executive-level positions in social service organizations. An in-depth curriculum that emphasizes leadership, decision-making, client-centered management, team building, negotiating, budget and finance, and the successful management of grants will help prepare you for successful management of social service agencies.
