The FSU School of Information certificate in Information Leadership and Management prepares information professionals to be managers and leaders in their respective fields. The program will enhance your understanding of the unique challenges presented by your profession now and in the future, and you'll receive training in leadership, management, policy, strategy development, decision-making, customer service, team building, negotiating, and budget and finance.
