The online master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy, with a major in Educational Leadership and Administration, develops and enhances dynamic, high-performing leadership for the renewal and improvement of schools. Designed for aspiring school leaders, this program will provide the skills and knowledge needed to provide effective leadership that improves student achievement.

The Educational Leadership & Policy program is one of seven FSU online master’s in education programs ranked No. 28 among public institutions, No. 30 among all institutions, and No. 16 in the nation for veterans by U.S. News & World Report in 2024.
