Florida State University offers several undergraduate programs that may be completed entirely online. The offerings are not limited to degree programs as students may also acquire a professional certificate or take courses in a chosen area of specialization.
All of FSU's online Undergraduate Degree Programs are advanced standing degree programs. This means that students are generally required to have completed 60 or more semester hours of transferable credit as determined by the Office of Admissions (usually an Associate's degree or the equivalent) and meet junior level transfer requirements. Students must also have completed any specific program prerequisites and liberal studies requirements prior to application.
Florida State University offers several graduate programs that may be completed entirely online. The offerings are not limited to degree programs; students may also work toward a professional certificate or take courses in a chosen area of specialization. Prerequisites and application procedures listed for each specific program are in addition to the general University prerequisites and application requirements, which all applicants must meet.
These are individual courses that students might take to meet requirements for other programs. Students currently enrolled elsewhere (at an institution other than FSU) and wishing to transfer course credit back to their home institution must complete a transient student application.
