Note: Canvas Week is over, but we still have training options to help you finish your move to Canvas.

The final move to Canvas is just around the corner!

Beginning January 8, 2018, students will be enrolled in Canvas courses only.

Join us for campus-wide training during our Fall Canvas Week on October 16–20, 2017, with convenient locations at the College of Education’s Stone Building, Carothers Hall, Strozier Library, and ODL.

Both Canvas novices and advanced users will find workshops, webinars, boot camps, and open labs to help you settle into your new virtual home. Topics include:

  • Orientation
  • Course migration
  • Modules and page design
  • Assignments and testing
  • Communication tools
  • Design Tools
  • DIY media
  • Accessibility
  • Organizations
  • Library integration

For students, we offer 30-minute sessions that will cover essentials such as user profiles, course site access, and library integrations.
