Auxiliary Budget Management

ODL manages over 100 distance learning (DL) auxiliary accounts and tracks DL fee receipts, expenditures, and appointments associated with those accounts.

Please use the following links to access forms, templates, and budgetary materials regarding your DL auxiliary accounts.

Distance Learning Auxiliary Appointment System

ODL’s Fiscal and HR teams review and process departmental appointments for the upcoming term through the DL Auxiliary Appointment Online Submission System.

Departments use the Online Submission System to submit required appointment information and provide departmental approval for upcoming appointments.

Online Programs Budget Snapshots

Departments may view auxiliary budget snapshots on the DL Appointment System. These are updated monthly.

Reports Include:

  • Revenue per term
  • Expenditures for the current fiscal year
  • Available balance


All departmental contacts associated with your auxiliary budget are granted access to the DL Appointment System. Login to Canvas to locate the organization in the Courses & Orgs tab. Please contact if you need to change any departmental contacts for your DL auxiliary budget.
